Quick Help
Early Intervention and Advisory
Who is this for
For leaders, business owners, and HR contacts who need clear, expert advice quickly when a workplace issue is emerging, and when the right response now can prevent a much larger problem later.
Clients usually call when something has happened, emotions are rising, and they need to know what to do next without making the situation worse.
What Changes
You leave with a clearer view of what is happening, what needs attention now, and what pathway best fits the issue. Most importantly, you have a practical next step and a more defensible response, rather than reacting under pressure or hoping the issue settles on its own.

Resolve
Workplace Mediation and Conflict Resolution
Who is this for
For matters where conflict is established, and structured intervention is required.
This is usually the point where communication has broken down, trust is low, positions have hardened, and informal efforts such as direct conversations, manager intervention, or internal meetings have not resolved the issue. Workplace mediation is appropriate where the matter needs an independent and structured process to clarify issues, restore workable communication, and support an outcome both the people and the organisation can rely on.
What Changes
The organisation leaves with clearer agreements, defined expectations, and a more workable basis for day to day interaction than it had before. Even where the relationship is not fully repaired, the process creates a safer and more structured way of working, with less ambiguity, less reactivity, and a clearer path forward.
What Is Included
Facilitated Workplace Conversation from $1,250
Online or onsite. Structured, supported conversation between two parties whose communication has become strained. Includes preparation, one facilitated conversation for two participants, and brief post-session notes.
Two-Party Workplace Mediation from $2,500
Online or onsite. Formal mediation process for two parties. Includes intake, preparation, facilitated mediation, and brief outcome notes.
Small Group Workplace Mediation from $3,000
Online or onsite. Multi party mediation for up to four participants. Additional participants, document review, further sessions, or follow up work quoted separately.
Post Mediation Review Consult from $350
Optional follow-up session to review implementation and support durability of outcomes.
Post-Investigation Workplace Repair from $1,800
Structured support after an investigation has concluded, where ongoing working arrangements remain in place and practical repair is needed.

Reset
Who is this for
For teams that have been through conflict, complaint fatigue, relational strain, or leadership disruption and need practical guided restoration.
Reset is for situations where the strain sits across the team or work environment, rather than only between specific individuals. A leader will usually recognise the need for team reset when morale, communication, trust, or role clarity have been affected, and the team needs practical facilitation to stabilise, reconnect, and work more effectively again.
What Changes
The team leaves with clearer expectations, more workable communication, and a shared structure for moving forward. The organisation gains practical agreements, clearer leadership direction, and a stronger foundation for reducing further tension, drift, or repeat disruption.
Facilitation and Team Reset Work
What Is Included
Team Reset Facilitation
Half day from $2,500
Full day from $4,250
Online or onsite. Includes planning, session design, facilitation, and brief post-session notes. Up to 12 participants for a half day, 15 for a full day.
Larger teams, pre-session interviews, detailed reporting, or follow-up sessions are quoted separately.

Comply
Psychosocial Advisory and Reviews
Who is this for
For organisations with work health and safety obligations regarding psychosocial risk, or where team dynamics, leadership conditions, or workplace systems contribute to ongoing strain and dysfunction.
Organisations often come to this service after repeated complaints, rising tension, leadership inconsistency, uncertainty about WHS obligations, or concern that a deeper workplace issue is not being addressed. What they often do not yet have is a clear view of whether they are dealing with an interpersonal conflict, a broader psychosocial risk issue, or both, and what needs to be reviewed, controlled, and documented.
What Changes
At the end, the organisation has a clearer view of its psychosocial risk picture, practical recommendations, and a stronger basis for meeting its WHS obligations. It is better positioned to explain what risks were identified, what actions were taken, and how those actions will be monitored and reviewed.
What Is Included
Psychologically Safer Workplaces Advisory from $350 per hour
Psychologically Safer Workplaces Advisory Package from $1,200
Provides practical psychosocial risk support when communication, leadership response, work design, or team strain is central to the issue. Package includes initial assessment, two 60-minute advisory consultations, and a brief written action summary.
Psychosocial Risk Review from $4,500
Fixed scope proposal. Structured review of psychosocial hazards, work design factors, and organisational risk conditions. Includes agreed review activities and a concise written summary of findings and practical recommendations.
Team Dynamics and Risk Review from $4,500
Fixed scope proposal. Focused review of communication patterns, relational strain, leadership dynamics, and team functioning. ISO 31000 and ISO 45003 aligned practice throughout.
Detailed reporting, presentations, broader consultation, or implementation support are quoted separately.

Training and Capability Building
Workshops and Capability Development
Who is this for
For organisations that want managers to recognise psychosocial risk earlier, respond more effectively, and reduce escalation, complaint risk, and team disruption.
Organisations that invest in training are usually trying to strengthen manager judgement before issues become complaints, claims, resignations, or prolonged disruption. Over time, building internal capability changes the quality and consistency of day to day responses, so leaders are more confident, earlier, and more practical in how they handle tension, difficult conversations, and emerging psychosocial risk.
What Changes
After training, the organisation has managers who are better equipped to notice early signs, respond with greater clarity, and use more consistent language, process, and judgement. That practical capability shift helps reduce escalation, improves leader confidence, and creates a more stable day to day workplace response.
What Is Included
Manager Workshop, Early Response to Psychosocial Risk and Workplace Tension
Half day from $2,500
Full day from $4,250
Online or onsite. Up to 12 participants. Covers recognising early warning signs, responding to workplace tension, avoiding common mistakes, and applying practical controls and documentation.
Difficult Conversations for Leaders
Half day from $2,500
Full day from $4,250
Online or onsite. Up to 12 participants. Builds confidence, communication, and accountability for managers addressing concerns early.
Respectful Workplace Workshop
Half day from $2,500
Full day from $4,000
Online or onsite. Up to 12 participants. Practical training to strengthen respectful behaviour, shared expectations, and everyday communication, helping teams reduce friction, respond earlier to concerns, and foster a safer, more consistent workplace culture.
Custom Training and Capability Development from $4,000
Tailored training designed around your organisation’s team context, risk profile, and leadership needs, with practical content that builds confidence and capability, and a more effective day-to-day response to people issues.
Larger groups or tailored delivery are quoted separately. All programs include preparation, delivery, and participant resources.

Retained Advisory
Ongoing Access
Who is this for
For organisations that want reliable access to specialist support without starting a new engagement each time.
Retained Advisory delivers the most value for organisations that face regular workforce complexity, recurring team strain, or ongoing people risk and need predictable specialist support they can access quickly. It is particularly useful in health, disability, community, and other people intensive settings where starting a new engagement each time slows decision making, increases inconsistency, and leaves managers without timely guidance.
What Changes
Ongoing access gives the organisation continuity, faster judgement, and more consistent responses across week to week issues. Instead of starting from the beginning each time, leaders can draw on known context, predictable specialist support, and earlier intervention before problems become larger, costlier, or harder to contain.
What Is Included
Essential Access $1,200 per month
Up to 4 hours per month, priority scheduling, access to advisory support across early intervention, psychosocial risk, manager guidance, and practical workplace response. Minimum 3-month commitment.
Extended Access $2,500 per month
Up to 8 hours per month, priority scheduling, same access as Essential. Minimum 3-month commitment.
Unused hours do not roll over. Retained advisory does not include formal mediation delivery, workshop delivery, fixed scope reviews, or large facilitation work unless separately agreed.
Confirmed by short service agreement.
