Free webinar: Workplace complaints, conflict and psychosocial risk
An employee raises a concern about their manager. Tension between colleagues is affecting the team. An ongoing conflict remains unresolved despite attempts to address it.
For employers, knowing what to do next isn’t always straightforward, especially without internal HR support. What needs attention first? Which response fits the situation? When should you involve a specialist?
On Tuesday, 15 September, join Resolution House Consulting’s Founder and Principal Consultant, Sue Batten, and employment lawyer Ben Schefe from McCarthy Durie Lawyers for a free employer webinar hosted by the Redlands Regional Jobs Committee.

Practical workplace and legal perspectives
The session will bring together workplace conflict management and employment law expertise to explore:

What employers need to understand about psychosocial risks and their responsibilities.
How to recognise and address concerns before they escalate.
Practical ways to strengthen communication and workplace culture.
When specialist workplace or legal support may be needed.
The discussion is relevant to both emerging concerns and established conflict. It will focus on helping employers understand their options and consider a fair, proportionate response.
Who should attend?
Business owners, managers, supervisors and HR and people-and-culture professionals are welcome.
This session is especially useful if you respond to staff concerns without a dedicated HR team, manage ongoing team tension, or want to strengthen your approach before the next difficult workplace situation arises.
